Today is end of week 3! Down 10 lbs!

Yes, I thought it would be more, BUT, I am walking 2 -2 1/2 miles per day, about 45 minutes. I can tell I’m losing weight and I feel so much better! I have WAY more energy and it’s not as difficult to so no to carbs anymore. I still have my moments that I struggle, but I haven’t caved in yet. We are going to the fair tonight. Im going to tell myself that I’ve had apple crisp and ice cream many, many times before and it’s not worth getting off plan. Then tomorrow on our way to Daytona Beach! I can look at future bathing suits. 😀😂 I will check in again next Saturday. Keep up the hard work!

  • hi! when i have a craving, i put a picture in my mind of the pant size i want to be and that helps me to stay in track. take a couple of snacks with u amd have fun at the fair!

  • mhgoketo I stick to 20 carbs, 90 protein and around 118 fat... look up dr Eric Berg on YouTube, he has a lot of good info. Also read Keto Clarity. After doing more reasearch, I realized my protein was too high and have changed my macros around a bit.
