6 cups of spinach is about 7carbs... vegetables and my heavy cream in my am coffee are the only carbs I eat, and I never have trouble staying at 20-25g a day. As I’ve read and researched more, I’ve changed my diet up a bit the last 6 weeks. I watch a lot of dr. Eric Berg and dr Becky Gillaspy. I started fasting, which I didn’t think I’d do, but I just don’t feel as hungry anymore. I usually do an 18 hour fast and eat 2 meals a day. So I eat my last meal around 6pm and my next meal at noontime the next day. I still have 100 lbs to lose, so it’s still coming off at a good pace. I’m sure when I get to the last 15, it will be much more difficult!

thanks Joanna! I really am surprised at how easy this has been for me this time around. I guess I was ready. All the reasearch and reading I did ahead of time and still do... definitely helped. I would advise anybody starting out to read, research and be prepared before starting. They’d have a much better chance of succeeding.
