I'm new!!

I want to be successful and I hop this is the year!!  Any tips for a new year would be most welcomed!!

  • With just 2 weeks of this low carb diet, I am already seeing results like an increase in energy and weight loss.  The results help to motivate me!  We can do this!  I look forward to hearing about your progress!

    I guess starting in January isn't a great idea, haven't seen any updates for these 'new' ones.... it is such a shock to our minds to go no sugar low carbs, high fat, it's not easy without thinking about your long term health rather than just the scales. I hope they succeeded but found another app maybe.
