Help

I am lost when it comes to low carb healthy eating. I try and eat healthy but I find myself very tired and no energy. I know it has to do with not eating enough of the foods that give you energy. I don't know what food that is though. I really need help with getting a meal plan that I can follow. Can anyone please help me with this ?

  • It would help if you give us an idea of what you are eating, and a bit about yourself including your activity level

Hi there,  a year ago I found the site "dietdoctor.com". I watched the video on how to do LCHF.   It's a great site.   There is a fee but you can sign up and see all the information and videos from experts from all over the world.  If you don't want to continue you just cancel before  months end.  There are no advertisements.  I highly recommend it to get you headed in the right direction.

I'm still learning. It what im

gathering so far, you have to consume more fat than pure protein. I'm finding this challenging so far- I decided to make a homemade mush soup and used my bacon grease In it- hoping I'll have some energy until I figure out my total plan of " attack" so to speak. Soup turned out delishous by the way. lol. In watching a Netflix show called life below zero, it shows each one of them from way far Alaska eating protein and a lot of fat. Not one of those people is a chub like me. Fat creates the energy our body was used to eating carbs. It's good for the brain. I'm finding that eating a lot of avacado with sprinkle of oils on it helps also. I think there is 29 gram fat in average avacado. Im still learning and looking for keto buddies. I have a high cholesterol family earned and I am hoping it comes down with this diet and no medication.
