Losing slowly?

I see people saying they lost 10, 15 lbs the first week. I have lost 5 lb in 10 days, which im,pretty happy with, but I'd love a big lose, just as a kick start. I have been working out 4x a week, so I'm hoping the reason the scale isn't moving down as rapidly as it is for others is that in gaining a little muacle6

     The rapid loss at the beginning is water weight so it’s gonna depend on how much water weight you carry. I carry 6 pounds of water weight so five isn’t in an usual number.  

     

     After 2 to 3 weeks your body is adapted to fat burning and what you lose is fat. That’s when weight-loss can slow down which is very normal. 

     

     Steady moderate exercise is best for fat burning where high-intensity exercise turns off my fat burning because it stimulates the liver to produce glucose. 

     

    Stay under your macros and calories, measure and track all your food, stick to whole foods and avoid processed foods and you’ll get there.

    I’ve lost 120 pounds on keto.
