How get fats in but stay in calories?
I am struggling, my carbs are below my allowed and protein within or less allotted but my fat is low! So how do I stay in calorie allowed but get fats up n keep carbs n protein right? I was getting fat in but calories went over all the time! I use MCT n bulletproof coffee in the morning for breakfast and cook with coconut oil. Any advise or wisdom appreciated
