Get a jar of coconut oil, add to morning coffee. Go to a supermarket, pick up some Keto foods/ snacks. Eat as Keto as possible, Cobb salad etc. avoid business lunches, not eat try IF if posssible.

mvrl8598  thanks for the ideas. Lunches are a downfall. They always serve pizza or fried food.  Think I’ll go for a walk.

mvrl8598 just get meats without buns, etc. salads, even if you have to stop at fast food place and get a bunless burger, hats what I do in a pinch. Some people avoid fast food but when I get bunless items I still feel naughty. Be careful for their mayo, loaded with carbs, and mcd’s specail sauce. It’s evil.

mvrl8598 I would grab pizzza and rip the topping off and throw the crust when no one is looking. Lol, been there, done that. You would be surprised how filling a meat veggie pizza topping is.

It's easy to eat out and be keto, avoid the carbs. I went on a week vacation in Vegas and came home 1lb lighter with no tracking or measuring, It can be done.

3kidsomy Likewise. I went on a weeks vacation to Hawaii (after having lost 15-20 lbs) and when I came back the scale didn't move at all. Within my first week home another 6 lbs fell off.
