Logging Exercise
Hi everyone. I just realized i might be using this app incorrectly. I've been doing Keto for 2 months, but only just starting using the app a month ago. I set my exercise level at lightly active, and have been eating my target macros each day. Only until just today, did I realize I should enter my exercise. So when I did, it takes the calories burned away from the calories I consumed. So now all my macros say I'm right on target, and my calories are 300 below "target". So is that the way this is supposed to work? That every day I eat target macros (Carb, Protein, Fat), but the calories will come out under whenever I work out...which is like 3 times a week. So three days a week it will look like a calorie deficit day, but other macros "at target"...and the days that I don't work out...I'll also match my calorie target. If anyone can shed some light....I'd really appreciate it.
