Xylitol Sweetener

Xylitol Sweetener has 4 grams of carbs per teaspoon.  In the my foods sections this is accounted for in about 20 different ways.  Do these grams of carbs count toward the net carbs or not?  Some selection say 0 and some say 4.  It matters because 4 grams of carbs in one teaspoon of sweetener can add up fast.

Check for sugar alcohol in the nutritional values. You subtract that with your fibre for net carbs.
