Traveling to New Orleans

Hi,

I’m traveling to New Orleans which I feel very lucky about but I have no clue how to maintain the Keto especially in such a place with such wonderful food. Any suggestions as how to plan? I won’t have a kitchen. Any advice would be so much appreciated. Thanks so much.

    Lara try to focus on seafood (oysters, shrimp, crawfish etc.) and low carb vegetables.  The increased exercise from walking should help offset. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
