Ketosis level measurement

So i try to always measure with the urine strip test to make sure I am still in Ketosis, however it gives different results, one day i was on the 40 mg/dL stage (moderate) but yesterday and today i went down to 15 mg/dl (low). how can i increase my level to the 80mg/dl stage (high)?  I was doing research and saw some people use Keto supplements, does this help? I am definitely eating the right foods but i haven't started working out yet because of exams (ends tomorrow , thank God).

First off, if you are more than one week into your Keto journey, do yourself a favor and throw those urine strips away. They are notoriously inaccurate and as your body starts burning ketones fewer will be excreted in urine showing a false negative report. You don’t really need to test. Your body will tell you. If you must test, get a Blood test meter like Keto Mojo orca quality breath meter like KETOSCAN Mini. Stay away from the cheapo units you find on Amazon.

Supplements are a good idea on Keto to stay healthy but won’t get you into a Ketosis any faster.
