Feeling motivated!

3 days in & I’ve lost 4.4 lbs?! I did feel like crap the second day. Mild headache all day long. Probably because I didn’t hit the water goal? And mild dehydration set in... ? Really being strict & sticking to the plan. Even so, I did go over my net carbs just trying to figure out what’s what to eat & what not to eat. I went in very doubtful but the scale doesn’t lie. Lol. I might be even farther along, however, I’m not ready to give up my red wine quite yet! Actually looking forward to my next week weigh- in! I haven’t incorporated any exercise yet. Baby steps, getting used to portion control & the weirdness of the Keto diet. Lol. I plan to start an exercise goal slowly in the next week.
