ADVISE NEEDED

I am Nancy 54. I am not new to keto or low carb. I am just frustrated because My scale wont budge. stuck at 150 Goal is 140 i eat 1200 cal a day monitor everything I eat  use MCT.  when I work out more my weight goes up. I am also am dealing with hypothyroid and diverticulitis. what can i do to lose the last 10 pounds?

  • I find it is hard to lose the last 10 lbs. Also when you work out, you could be gaining muscle which is a good thing.

     

    I am looking for suggestions too...

  • My scale isnt budging either....I'm 50 this week, and have 12 to lose.
