Coming Up Short on ALL!! (new @ this)

Hey All! I just decided to start Keto last week and downloaded this app. I just had my daughter in December and have lost all the baby weight already, so I'm not sure if Keto is to thank or the fact that my appetite hasn't been the same since I had her. Anyhoo, I am coming up short on carbs, fats, calories, and proteins. Is this good or bad?? I honestly don't know what to do. I've cut out my sweets, I drink tons of water, and am almost having to make myself eat. Any suggestions on something I may need to adjust or change? Thank you!

    I was that way my first couple of months on keto, then my appetite came back.  Not so that I'm too hungry, but most days I can eat my 1,200 calories and not feel over full.  Partly I needed to eat more calorie dense foods.

    Are you worried because you are breastfeeding? If so it is definitely something to discuss with your doctor.
