I think that we all have times when we ingest some accidental carbs. We don't always know what is in foods that we did not prepare ourselves. Unless someone has a better answer, I would suggest simply keep on during the day trying to follow the plan as much as possible. If I get some "accidental carbs" during the day, I concentrate on getting more fat into my day and a little more protein and nix carbs for the rest of the day. Then, there is always tomorrow. Start fresh and new.
