So I work shift work. I am usually awake 24 hrs my first night shift. Should I log my food all I'm one day or switch to the next day after midnight?
Personally I would start day 2 after midnight only way to survive 24hrs 😱 in time, you may find fasting helps but not yet!
Joanna Yea it's pretty confusing. Once I am on nights I just start a new day when I wake up in the afternoon
