This is a powder drink that is supposed to assist you in getting into ketosis. I'm currently doing the ketogenic diet also and love it. Just need a boost for weight loss.

I literally just heard about this stuff a few hours ago and wanted to look into it more tonight. It's pretty pricy from what I saw on the website...even for a "promoter" it seems expensive.

I found he large container with 20 servings for $130. That's roughly $6.5 per drink. Which is about what you would spend eating a lunch out.

What I am hearing in the keto community is that it's a scam and doesn't truly put you into ketosis - it's just extra ketones, which forces your body to take a break from its normal duties to consume the free stuff. Can't really find the science on the stuff though.

There is another product out there called perfect keto which is half the price of keto os. Keto is is a multi level sales pitch, so you have to go through a sales person. Perfect keto is good tasting and direct from the web. They have a FAQs page with all your answers as to the difference and when to use it. I recently ordered it.

Yes! Leanne' podcast is where I heard of the perfect ketones. I love Leanne Vogel. She has changed my life. I was either hard core keto or not at all. I listen to all of her podcasts and have her book
