I have been doing Keto for about 60 days. I use a blood tester to see if I am in Ketosis. The highest reading I have achieved so far is 0.5
Most of the time I am at 0.3. What do I need to do to get deeper into Ketosis? Do I need to be right on the percentages of the macros or can I come in 10 or 20 grams under the goal?…
