Re: Keto and a business trip! Need suggestions Get a jar of coconut oil, add to morning coffee. Go to a supermarket, pick up some Keto foods/ snacks. Eat as Keto as possible, Cobb salad etc. avoid business lunches, not eat try IF if posssible.

Please add GKI to the graphs in the My Measurements section. It shouldn't need further input but should auto calculate for those logging glucose and ketones

Re: Better to be under on calories or fat?? I would suggest getting more fat in because in order to attain ketosis you will need to maintain the 75/20/5 macro until your body becomes fat adapted. Right now, on day one you are a sugar burner.…

Re: Day 1 of keto - did not reach the calorie target but maxed on the macros - need advise Congrats on getting close. Don't think of the fat number as an upper limit, think of it as a lower limit. Put some coconut oil in your coffee, if you don't like the oil slick then blend it.…
