I worked long 12-18 days 6-7 days a week for 25 years never anticipating my body would give out to disease. I rarely ate out, ate small portions, followed several other diets and just continued to gain weight. After NASH stage 3 diagnoses and Autonomic Nerve disorder, sever fibromyalgia chronic pain and going thru Doctors in continued circle, I became disillusioned with our medical system and started my own research of medical findings, research and development. Found I contracted Kidney Cancer as well and did freezing of kidney tumor because my lungs were too bad to sustain long term surgery. Tumor did turn out to be cancerous, so I felt lucky. I did already change out about year earlier to not eating any processed foods from grocery, started preparing my own foods from scratch even down to sauces and used fresh organic herbs.

Started in June at 252 doing math in head to follow Keto. Lost 30lbs and hit plateau. Added low carb app to help with correct % fat, protein, carb
