Re: What is the lowest carb intake ok @debra06201374ad finally lost a few oz. I had a full fat yogurt shake ( yogurt, hwc, MCT, stevia, coco powder, Irish butter) it worked. So I tried it again today. We will see.....

Re: What is the lowest carb intake ok @KC I’m at 3wks( weeks) NWL ( no weight loss ) what do I do next. Ive been hitting the fat or going over and hitting the carbs. Protein is usually under when I hit the fat.

Re: Fasting @Samantha just an update. I actually got away with using an over the counter last weekend instead of a triptan. I’m hoping that means it works being in ketosis for migraine.

Re: What does your daily meal(s) look like So far today : Breakfast:7:15am bullet proof coffee Lunch 3:30pm 2 Costco egg bites 2 tbs sour cream 2 tbs guacamole so far = 4.5 carbs/66.6 fat/21.7 protein and 707 calories
