I am a mom of one 14 year old daughter. I like to garden, cook, and workout, and of course I have to clean! I am a dance teacher, substitute teacher and event bartender. I have lost 17 pounds in a year doing low carb and exercise, but want to lose 20 more by my 40th birthday on October 1st. I am hoping to step it up to Keto and this app can help!
