Not a problem. The best way is to just quit eating at your usual time. You do not have to eat all your fat. You do want your body to burn your body fat.

I add it to my coffee. Also you can make chocolate fluff. Add cocoa powder and sweetener to your cream and then whip it up. Enjoy. You can also whip it with cream cheese.

Almost everything has some carbs. Melt butter. Add cocoa powder and sweetener. Stir and chill. Tastes like fudge. Also some cream cheese is nice to snack on.

I wouldn’t worry about it if you are losing weight. You could count the bacon as raw instead of cooked, so the fat would be included. In any case, a little more fat should not hurt you.

You can make fat bombs with butter, cocoa powder, and sweetener. Melt the butter, add the cocoa powder and sweetener. Stir and refrigerate or freeze. Tastes like fudge.

It sounds like you gained muscle. You really do not want to get rid of muscle. Eat more protein if you are exercising a lot. You could cut out some fat, but it sounds like you do not need to lose.

If you eat unprocessed food you will not have a problem counting net carbs. If you eat a lot of protein bars, the net carbs are not usually accurate.

That is a big difference. Your total carbs should not be more than 50. I would go for fewer total carbs than more.
