Re: No gallbladder @Pat F it may be that my body is adjusting because I’m feeling better. I’m going to start increasing fat slowly and see if I can tolerate that. Thanks!

Re: No gallbladder @Kat H avocados seem to be tolerable. I’m also taking digestive enzymes and it helps. I seem to be getting more protein than fat so I’m going to focus on fat bombs. Thank you for replying

No gallbladder
I all, I’m not able to get all the fat requirements in that I’m supposed to. I can’t drink the keto coffee because large amounts of fat wreak havoc on my intestines. Does anyone have advice?
