Re: Low Carb Coffee Creamer I use heavy cream or half and half. There is a new Almond Breeze unsweetened creamer out now that is pretty good, too. It is with the other creamers in the dairy case if your store carries it.

Married, caregiver of 97 yo mother, two part Boxer dogs run the show. I began working PT at a drugstore as cashier just when the quarantine began ... so I am essential and still working. I love low carb but let the weight creep up on me with fast food and junk foods. I am trying to re-learn how to eat. Welcome fellow survivors.
