Hi I'm Dawn from Dudley West Midlands, UK. 37yo housewife. No kids but partner has 2 teen boys. My Baby is my Staffy dog called Poppy who will not let me go a day without walking her for at least 1hr. Keeps me moving lol.
Type 2 Diabetic been on LCHF/Keto for just over a year. Had good results so far. hb1 from 116 to 43, Cholesterol 6.4 TO 3.2, Weight from 119kg to 87.5 and Dress size 22/24 to 14/16.
