Re: New and confused Welcome . It gets easier every day. One trick I used was if I had a near perfect day with my macros I copied that day to the next day. That gave me a base to work off. You can DO IT

Re: Can I take exogenous ketones as a daily supplement to stay in keto at higher carbs? Go to setting and set your goal weight higher and you will get more carbs. I am not sure about eating, drinking ketones to eat more carbs but it does not sound like it would work or more folks would…

Re: Calories Go into settings and reduce the number of pounds you want to lose in a month, i.e. if you selected 5 lbs a month your calories will be super low. I like to keep mine at 2 lbs a month.…
