@ShortGuy Hi I don't exercise very much as a matter of fact I don't go outside until Oct (FL). So far this month I have lost 5.5 lbs.

Welcome . It gets easier every day. One trick I used was if I had a near perfect day with my macros I copied that day to the next day. That gave me a base to work off. You can DO IT

Go to setting and set your goal weight higher and you will get more carbs. I am not sure about eating, drinking ketones to eat more carbs but it does not sound like it would work or more folks would…

Go into settings and reduce the number of pounds you want to lose in a month, i.e. if you selected 5 lbs a month your calories will be super low. I like to keep mine at 2 lbs a month.…
