Yes, all forms of exercise on keto. If you’ve already been exercising you may feel a bit less energy in the beginning but it gets better.

@SALLY No reason to be 20g carbs, up to 50g you can still be successful. Ratios do not have to be strict. Carbs 5-10%, protein 20-30%, fat 60-75%. Whatever works for you and is sustainable.
