Learning curve

I’m still learning how to eat a Keto diet. But I’ve lost 16.8 lbs in 3 weeks so I can’t complain. I measure my once a week but the progress on those numbers are slow to show. Oh well, I didn’t gain all the weight over night so I can’t expect to drop it quickly either. 

My biggest problem is I can’t eat full portions. I don’t believe I’ve eaten over 1,000 calories since I’ve started  and I’m always under my carb limit. 

I’m looking forward to losing more weight and getting healthy again. My son got me on this diet and he’s lost over 75 lbs. Good going Son!!
