Tired and can't focus

Hi! I've been the low carb very minimal net carbs and I am on day 4 and exhausted and can't focus.  Any advice?

  • I would drink a cup of chicken bouillon. Seemed to help me. I had 2 days where I didn’t feel good, but passed now.

    It's possibly keto flu. Google up remedies or look on here. Everyone is different in remedies and there is a lot of options. Unfortunately it comes with the territory of transitioning through ketogenic. Body is flushing out sugar and cravings. Your in day 4, and I can prewarn it could become worse. Roll with it, rest when you can, sleep it off when you can. Hydrate and salts and potassium, other mineral supplements.

  • My primary doctor put me on the low carb diet.  When I was feeling tired and going through the “flu” she told me to increase my salt intake. Drinking some chicken bouillon and just adding some extra salt to my meals helped a lot!!!
