On the keto diet you want to use this app to calculate your NET CARBS which is what matters! You can do this by looking at the nutritional information on what you eat and using this formula per serving you eat: CARBS - FIBER - SUGAR ALCOHOL = NET CARBS. You want to stay under fifty grams of regular carbs a day and between 19-25 grams of net carbs. At least this is what I am doing!
