I am also a former WW. I have done low carb and Keto before and had great success. The last change to the points system did me in with WW, so since then I’ve been bouncing around trying to figure out what app, if any would allow me to track what I want to. That’s how I found this app.
My advice is think protein first at every meal. Secondly look then to add healthy fats, and fiber. Your going to “crave” sugar, even if it is the natural sugars in fruits and some veggies. Sometimes I think of my day as a budget. I have 25 net carbs I want to use during my day. I have a pretty good idea what I’ll be having so from there I look to see what I can “afford” to also have.
