I never worry about trying to get my carbs in. I keep those as low as I possibly can, and always less than 20 net. Then the calories fall where they fall, but typically I get around 1400 a day. Typical day is 2 eggs or 2 slices of bacon and coffee with coconut milk, lunch is a salad with some kind of protein on it and olive oil/vinegar for dressing. Dinner is a serving of protein and a serving of a green vegetable. Snack is either a half ounce of almonds or a fat bomb, or a keto meal shake. Hope this helps!
