Hi everyone! I’m new here. Looks a lot easier than MyFitnessPal pal. Like they have a chatting community also. I’m more of low carb bs keto but I guess a little of both. If I really want something I’m going to have it / and or make a healthier version of it. I’m usually one mean a day (OMAD) I fast a good 16 hours a day. Its hard being completely keto as I am out of work. Once I start working again I will be 100%!! But I’m used to eating different so I don’t mind restrictions. I feel like you can always find something. I lost 16-18 pounds my first month keto / low carb and haven’t gained much back or went totally off. I do want to get back to a low carb. I feel much better without the crappy carbs like white bread and pasta / desserts
