I'm on a mission to lose 15 pounds and I've heard keto is the way to go.   Sugar is my addiction and downfall so I'd love to hear any tips on keeping that demon at bay :-)

    Hi Molly, I'm Wanda, When I started this program, after my 1st week, I did not crave sugar.
