Hi all! On my 3rd day. I’m 5’3” and 174 hoping to lose about 25-30 lbs. any tips would be truly appreciated. My heart has been raising and a slight headache other than that good so far. Good luck to all we are together in this journey. 🤗
Hi Ivy 👋 I’ve my done my first week, it was hard last week I ate a cookie on the weekend my bad 🙄 for me it’s having a lot things to keep me full . Deli meats, cheese, pickles, tuna, cheesestrings, eggs.
