I am doing really good. I鈥檓 getting excited for next week. My birthday is Saturday and I am off for the whole week. I am hoping on being in Canada 馃嚚馃嚘 for my birthday. My husbands family is from Canada. My family is from Ireland 馃嚠馃嚜 (mom) and Hungary 馃嚟馃嚭 (dad). The girls (huskies and bassets) love going places. I really love poutine and it will be hard not having any next week. I do have a action plan in place in case old bad habits with eating creeps in. I will drink plenty of water and go for long walks. How are you doing? How is Scarlet? Do you take her for a lot of walks?

Happy early birthday 馃巶 馃コ Oh nice what part of Canada will you be in? That will be nice 馃憤 it鈥檚 not bad out today but very dark. Yesterday was bad weather here. Omg poutine is amazing 馃い one of the best ones is at Harvey鈥檚. It鈥檚 your birthday I think one treat won鈥檛 hurt you 馃槍 but it鈥檚 up you. Omg I just made an amazing refreshing drink like 5 mins ago. I used almond/coconut milk with ice, 1 tbsp of coco powder, whipped cream, one packet of Splenda in a blender. It was heaven in a glass. I am doing good happy i lost some weight. Scarlet is doing good too, she doesn鈥檛 like dark days. Scarlet isn鈥檛 much for walking unless it鈥檚 with me and my mom. Lol but she will go with my husband no problem lol.

Thank you so much for the well wishes. I will be turning 50. We will going to Wawa; that is on northern Lake Superior. When I have a week or more off we go there. It is almost a 10 hour drive for us from our home. When I have a few days off we go to Windsor. OMG Harvey鈥檚 is one of my favorite places to eat when we are in Canada. The have the best poutine. I am going to try your drink tomorrow morning for breakfast. It sounds so yummy 馃い

Mariska that鈥檚 a big one 鈽濓笍 need for celebration 馃嵕 my cousin used to live in Wawa.
Wawa is quite far from us as well. We are about an hour or so from Toronto. Yay! Let me know how you like it 馃檭 it was tasty treat. I can鈥檛 always eat eggs so I have to come up with new ideas.

We love Wawa. Every opportunity we have to drive there. Canada is home away from home!!!! Marathon is a beautiful place to visit. We have been there a few times.
