Link blood glucose meter readings...

As a recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic, I did a lot of searching for diet tracking applications, and CarbManager was by far the best.  The entire reason for me tracking diet is to see how it relates to my glucose readings.  I have a FitBit on my father's day list which is nice since it integrates with CM.  Being able to connect to the Contour app to get readings into CM would be perfect!
