If you're really stuck (and coming from WW, this will definitely be very different), just go to the tomorrow page of the app and put in samples of what you'd like to eat, and it will help you understand where the carbs are, and adjust the amounts of the foods to try and get the right macro balance.
If you Google "keto breakfast", or lunch or dinner, you'll get plenty of meal ideas to try, even if they seem totally off the wall for a "normal" diet.
