Hi, y’all! I’m new to this app and forum but I’m looking for a support system. Anyone wanna be buddies?

    OK--I tried by sending a friend request to your user name.  Hope it worked!

    (Clicked Community in the side bar, then the friends tab at the top of the page body, clicked the blue invite friends button on the right and I pasted in your user name and sent the request.)

  • Hi I just signed up today and need guidance and help.  I am new off of weight watchers.  Finding low carb foods is gonna be a challenge for me,  I sure could use the help!

    If you're really stuck (and coming from WW, this will definitely be very different), just go to the tomorrow page of the app and put in samples of what you'd like to eat, and it will help you understand where the carbs are, and adjust the amounts of the foods to try and get the right macro balance.

    If you Google "keto breakfast",  or lunch or dinner, you'll get plenty of meal ideas to try, even if they seem totally off the wall for a "normal" diet.

  • goplay Thank you will do, On WW  i put in the carb manager what i normally eat and it was like over 200g carbs because of fruit and stuff!  no wonder i feel bloated.  thanks for the help!

    Your welcome! Wow, that will be a big adjustment--if you try to switch fast the keto-flu might be hard as your body switches gears.
