Pork chops with mushroom gravy

Pork chops

sliced mushrooms 

can full fat coconut milk

coconut oil for sautéing

s&p  and herb of choice... I used poultry seasoning 

brown chops in oil 5 min.  Turn.  Add mushrooms in spaces between chops.  Stir to coat in oil and stir every so often to cook mushrooms well 5min. more.   Add the coconut milk and let cook down till a gravy consistency.  Season to taste.
