Day 6 still not in ketosis
First time trying this and learning that my carbs have to be down even lower started at 50 now down to 30 and under, finding it hard to keep carbs that low. Most carbs i get are from veggies, i found California blend is horrible 12 g in a serving. So i have spinich and brocolli. Also found out the garden salad from aldi is high in carbs also.
Just confused on how some of you are keep carbs below 20???

I keep my goal of 30g total carbs and 12 Oz of protein by making certain to plan my meals and make certain I eat primarily low carb veggies no corn, carrots, potatoes or other starchy veggies. I have a good scale to be certain I don’t go over 4 Oz of protein per meal. Also check the total hidden carbs in your condiments and salad dressings.
