lowcarbdieter65fb Hello! How’s it going for you? School has all but consumed me....been very overwhelming and hard to do everything virtually for students. Still doing keto with some days better/easier than others. Felt like I hit my stride last week and noticed some great results. This week feeling very rough but I think it’s more stress than anything.
