Alcohol and Keto
Hi everyone. I am 2 weeks into Keto and am loving it. Definitely feels like something I can sustain over the long haul. I do like to drink wine and I noticed that some alcohol is allowed on the Keto plan, which is helpful. However, after three specific social events, I can confirm that my ketones are a lot lower the following morning. Bummer! But probably incentive I need to continuing to dial down drinking.
