Best thickening agents to replace flour?

Hello! I recently made a recipe for cauliflower Mac and cheese. The flavor was good but it was very watery. It had cream cheese in the recipe but it wasn’t successful in thickening the sauce. Has anyone tried any Keto thickening substitutes for flour that you have been  happy with?

  • You could try crushed pork rinds. 

    Also, I wouldn't be afraid to really squeeze as much water as possible out of the cauliflower.

    I've not seen/tried the recipe but will report back to you when I get to it.
