I’m a healthy weight but have an unhealthy habit of overeating after dinner because I’m not “satiated” during the day—-I tend to restrict or stuck to mostly vegan stuff.
im slowly adding animal products and fats back in to my diet
I started eating my dinner around 7-7:30 and I feel satisfied and never eat after dinner anymore
