I use this feature it’s great my macros are set on a 2 pound loss per week, some days I go slightly over my macros I exercise those days then end up under my macros, some days I’ll eat some of them back most I don’t, I walk 3-4 days week up a crazy hill also do fasting from 7pm-12pm four weeks in down 10 pounds I’m sure inches also but don’t measure 😊

Good thing about fasting is you set your window of fasting but it is easier to do majority of it while you sleep, I really am not hungry from 6am till 12 I wake up drink one coffee black with squirt of stevia drops and drink water until lunch, I eat two good size meals using my allowed macros I eat a larger lunch and smaller dinner, one day week a do a carb up only eating keto foods but going over on my macros .. most important thing that helped me is to always have my day of eating planned out the night before 😊
