Help Please! Quick questions...
I have spent tons of time researching online but I have a few basic questions if someone wouldn’t mind helping me.
1- what is a reliable macro calculator? Everywhere I look it says a different amount of fat. I think I’m eating too much protein and not enough fat.
2- ideas to add fat besides Avacado and MCT oil?
3- anybody have a good magnesium/potassium supplement?

2) Good butters (Kerrygold grass fed) are a great source with 11g in one TB. I don't generally have an issue with fats since I drink a bulletproof coffee as my breakfast with 36g of fat.
3) I use one that I found on Amazon - its hard to find one that has 100mg of potassium that isn't prescribed. The one I found is a calcium/magnesium/potassium.
