Hi Debra - I had the same problem. Reading some blogs offered some remedies. One advised I was dehydrated and to drink water with some Himalayan Salt. They also suggested increasing my potassium and magnesium either in supplement form or through vegetables. Spinach, avocados and kale have good levels of both. I tried both and it actually worked after a day or so. I hope it gets better for you. Nothing worse than feeling nauseated all the time.
