I am new to Keto and thought that sugar free meant carb free - 14 carbs....wasted. I did try and look up sugar free ice cream before I ate it, but had no cell service in the mountains. Ohhh, well....Won’t do that again. 😁
Welcome Stacy🍍. You should quickly recover from 14 carbs. You could do a lower than usual carb day to help balance it out.
Do some cardio to burn up the glucose, that will help too.
