So I’ll introduce myself I’m a 54 year old lady who has very bad health problems and I use a wheelchair if and when I go out. I have many chronic autoimmune diseases and in loads of medication so hence the weight gain. I had an accident over 8 years ago and now my body hates me lol and in fact I am in constant pain every minute of the day
my life has to change so after discussing with my specialists about my chronic stomach issues I decide to stop eating normal food and just have protein shakes or protein bars. I now see a dietician and we are adding new foods to my diet and we decided Leto would be the best option as after not eating normal food my stomach problems did lesson.
So I am now on all types of protein but I mainly have chicken pork and tuna cheese and small amounts of milk in my tea I was supposed to add green vegetable but I have been so stressed and in a flare I just tried to keep my protein up. I have lost around 10kg which is amazing as I have a thyroid problem too and it’s always so hard for me to lose weight but I do feel I’m struggling so I thought I’d join here to get more help and advice from others
